We have an Off-Peak Season and a Peak Season and Fall Group Packages listed on the chart below.
We open Memorial Day Weekend Annually.

Off-Peak Season runs from opening Memorial Day to the third Friday in June annually. Cabins are rented daily with a minimum of 2 night stays. Weekly rental rates are listed below. Inquire for nightly rates in Off-Peak time.

Peak Season begins the third Saturday in June to the last Friday in August annually. Weekly rental rates are listed below. Weekly rentals begin and end on Saturdays in the Peak Season.

Off- Peak Season begins the last Saturday in August annually through Columbus Day Weekend.

New in Fall 2011
Yarmouth Country Cabins is packaging up all the rentals for 3 day weekend rental package. The first Saturday after Labor Day will begin the fall rental package. Rental Package Cabins Include: #3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,14,19,20,22,24, #28/Townhouse and #30/Big House for 3 nights. Maximum capacity is 74 people.
Begin your celebration on Thursday to Sunday 12 noon or Friday to Monday 12 noon or Saturday to Tuesday 12 noon. Packages will run until Columbus Day Weekend in October. Call or email to inquire pricing and availability. The heated pool will be open for your event.
Non- Package rentals are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday at a daily rate.

All cabins have indoor bathrooms, cable TV, Wireless Internet Access on the property.
