All cabins have indoor bathrooms and showers.

Our Off Peak season starts on Memorial Day weekend and runs to the 3rd Saturday in June annually. Daily off-peak rates begin at $50.00 per night per cabin depending on the cabin. Off-peak rates begin again the last Saturday in August and run through Columbus Day when we close for the season.

Our Peak season begins the 3rd Saturday in June and runs through the last Saturday in August annually. We only schedule weekly rentals only during the Peak Season.

There is no interior access to the units. Exterior stairs only. The townhouse is rented to only one family at a time. You do not share the townhouse with anyone you did not bring.

Reservations
Rentals are paid in full before arrival when you have an advance reservation. You can make a reservations at any time by contacting us at 617-484-1749 from September 8 to June 1; or at 508-398-5400 from June 2 to September 7. Our cell phone contact number is 617-640-3054. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us again.

Email is always a great way to contact us. All emails are responded to within 24 hours. You can email us at info@yarmouthcountrycabins.com. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please resend your email as it may not have been successfully delivered.

Rental fees must be paid in two payments. We accept personal checks and PayPal. The first payment is made to confirm your reservation and the final payment is made no later than one month prior to arrival (for advance reservations). Please send all payments to: Yarmouth Country Cabins, 67 Baker Street, Belmont, Ma 02478. Yarmouth Country Cabin uses only one contact for its rentals. YCC does not use a realtor. There are no rental agent fees.

Last minute reservations must be paid by cash, money order, traveler's check, bank check, postal check, or PayPal account. All PayPal account payments require an additional small online transaction fee.

All cabins have private bathrooms. Some also have outdoor showers.

All cabins have been renovated. New furnishings! New Kitchens and Bathrooms!

The property has a full time attendant or manager on duty for all your needs.

Guest Reminders

Here are some tips and reminders that will help your stay with us to be smooth and more enjoyable:

Trash is disposed in the dumpster near the volleyball area.
Bring your own trash bags, paper products and towels (if you do not want to rent-a-basket from us)
We do not supply charcoal for Charcoal Weber grills.
If the gas grill you are using runs out of gas, please have it filled with gas. We provide grills only.
Please park your vehicle in designated parking for each cabin.
Please ask your visiting guests to park in the parking area by the pool.
Loud music and loud behavior will be asked to stop. This is a family vacation property. Proper behavior is expected.
Please attend your children at all times.
Sand toys and play toys are provided but please ask your children to put things back when they are finished.
Bikes are for everyone to borrow. Please return them to their space when you are finished using it.
Children under 16 may not swim without an adult.
Pool toys are provided. Please ask your children to return them to their basket when finished.
Laundry room is open Monday-Friday 24 hours a day. Wash is $2.00. Dry is $2.00. Clothes lines for drying are provided.
Firewood is piled at multiple spots on the grounds. Help yourself to making an evening fire when you would like to.
Playhouse has movies, books, and games. Help yourself to using any of them. Please return them when finished.
