Yarmouth Country Cabins offers private cabins, cottages, and houses in a healthy, family-oriented setting. Nature all around you and beautiful gardens. Bring your family, your pet or come alone, we have a cabin for you. Conveniently located on Massachusetts Route 28, we are just one mile from beautiful cape cod ocean beaches. Rent a kayak on Bass River, go fishing off the getty or pier, shopping in Chatham Center or Main Street Hyannis...the cape has it all! Great food (see our favorite places) and numerous recreational activities just a quick drive away from your cozy cabin. Come play real golf (quick drive ) or adventure golf with a driving range, arcade and ice cream are only a 5 minute walk.
Let us answer a few FAQ's:
Off-Peak Season runs from opening Memorial Day to the third Friday in June annually. Cabins are rented daily with a minimum of 2 night stays. Weekly rental rates are listed below. Inquire for nightly rates in Off-Peak time.
Peak Season begins the third Saturday in June to September third annually. Weekly rental rates are listed below. Weekly rentals begin and end on Saturdays in the Peak Season. We take nightly rentals with a 3 night minimum.
No, we offer an open calendar. However, we do ask if possible to book end to end. We try to fill all nights especially July and August. May,June, September and October we are typically open to booking any dates.
Yes! Some cabins have enclosed hot outdoor showers in addition to the indoor shower.
Cabins are simply stocked with kitchen cooking needs for meal preparations for all your meals.
Please provide your own paper goods during your stay.
Parking next to your cabin with the exception of cabin12. It is in the no car zone, only a short 80' walk to your car.
No, we have firewood that is split. Check off the firewood fee of $25 to fund the work.
June, July and August pets are not allowed on the beach 8am-5pm. Yarmouth Dog Park is a quick drive away.
The cabins have a maximum capacity set by the Board of Health. Friends can come for a cookout but they can not stay overnight if you have max in your cabin. Ask guests to park by Martin the Bear and walk into the cabins area.
Bring your own baby stuff. Sorry we do not provide infant or toddler cribs or chairs. There is a second hand store across from the Tradewinds Gift Shop.
Cabins are throughly cleaned with clean linens, blankets and towels. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. There may be some here but limited.
Bring the whole family, we welcome well-behaved pets! Just let us know that they are coming prior to your arrival.
